Prior to joining Windham Brannon, Rich worked with KPMG where he served clients with U.S. and international corporate tax planning matters.  Rich is the recipient of the 2001 Ernst & Young Corporate Reorganizations Award and the 2000 PriceWaterhouse Coopers Corporate Taxation Award.
