Denise has led appeals processes with the IRS securing millions of dollars in tax reductions, performed sales tax recovery studies resulting in refunds in overpaid taxes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and assisted in structuring acquisitions and divestitures with consideration totaling over $3 billion.
