ATLANTA – (Oct. 14, 2020) – Brandi Samuel has been named director of international tax and Natalie Lewis and Andrea Blanchard have been promoted to principals at Windham Brannon.
Samuel, a CPA, has a decade of experience with international taxation, the tax side of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, GILTI and other complex tax compliance issues, Brandi is also a co-leader of the firm’s international tax practice, which serves clients in over 72 countries.
Lewis holds the CPA, CFF, CFE and CGMA certifications and is a member of the firm’s forensic and litigation support practice. She assists clients with forensic accounting and fraud investigations, damage calculations and litigation support services. She works with small, family-owned businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Blanchard is a CPA focusing on clients with complex tax matters. She has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries and specializes in multi-state corporate and flow-through entity taxation, along with the individual tax needs of individual investors within these entities.
