Experience

Brandi is a professional tax consultant specializing in the areas of international taxation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) from a tax perspective, general tax compliance, non-profit compliance, and individual taxation. Brandi has over 10 years of public accounting experience where she devotes her time assisting clients on transactions throughout all aspects of their organization’s life cycle, including international tax consulting and compliance, acquisitions, dispositions, administrative compliance, and various other tax planning assistance.

Brandi is experienced in performing due diligence reviews of potential targets, assisting in the consultation with clients on global and domestic acquisition structure planning. Brandi’s commitment to serving others extends beyond the firm. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Brandi is extremely active in her community. Brandi has served on her church’s board as the Finance Chair for the past 8 years.

She’s also on the Georgia Society of CPAs Task Force and has shared her expertise at the Southeastern Accounting Showcase and AGN EMEA Conference as a speaker.

Brandi received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Dillard University, in New Orleans, Louisiana, and a Master’s of Taxation degree from Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia and holds memberships in the AICPA, Georgia Society of CPAs and National Association of Black Accountants.
