Experience
Carlye is a Tax Principal and co-practice leader for the Client Accounting Services practice at Windham Brannon. She specializes in planning and tax return preparation for complex non-profit organizations, real estate companies, international individuals, and high-net-worth individuals. She also conducts extensive research and advises clients on various topics that require the interpretation of tax law. Carlye has experience with helping nonprofits make important strategic decisions and developing policies, procedures and metrics to maximize the organization’s fiscal capacity.
Prior to joining Windham Brannon in 2002, Carlye spent three years at an Atlanta boutique firm, Stephen Berman & Associates, where she fueled her interest in complex tax issues including large family foundations. She also gained valuable experience at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where she worked with expatriates and international tax.
