Experience

With more than 14 years professional experience in the field of human resources, Kim currently serves as Windham Brannon’s Director of Talent and Human Resources. She provides professional human resources leadership in the areas of recruitment, transfers/promotions, and employee career counseling. She also interprets and enforces firm policies and procedures, and ensures compliance at all times with regulations governing the employer employee-relationship.

Before joining Windham Brannon, Kim served as the Director of Lawyer Recruiting and Development for Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. There, she was responsible for all aspects of lawyer recruiting and development for four offices including building the department from the ground up. Prior to that, Kim served as an Attorney Recruiting Manager for Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, LLP, where she oversaw the summer associate, on-campus interview, contract attorney and lateral attorney hiring programs for the Atlanta and Austin offices. She also served as a recruiting coordinator for Arthur Andersen LLP, and as a first grade educator for the Fulton County Board of Education.

Kim earned a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Georgia, with a dual major in Early Childhood Education and Child and Family Development. She actively supports CURE Childhood Cancer & Leukemia and Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. She is a member of ALTA tennis and currently serves as a volunteer for the BB&T Atlanta Open.
