Patrick Terry has more than 25 years of professional leadership experience in public accounting with international, regional, and local firms.
He has wide-ranging expertise in a variety of industries, including franchise, financial services, employee benefit plans, technology, manufacturing & distribution, and professional services. He’s worked extensively with closely-held companies, public corporations, not-for-profit, and venture-backed entities. His specialty areas include traditional financial (GAAS) as well as yellow-book (GAGAS) audits, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and due diligence.
Patrick is a graduate of Kennesaw State University (KSU) – Michael J. Coles College of Business where he received his BBA degree in Accounting & Finance. Currently, Patrick is a member of the Advisory Board to the KSU School of Accounting. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the MIT Forum, Georgia BIO, and the Technology Association of Georgia.
