At the heart of the Windham Brannon culture is a core principle: deliver more in all areas.

From the beginning, our goal has been to go beyond the expectations of other firms to listen to and understand clients’ needs so they are successful in reaching their goals. We succeed when our clients succeed.

We approach corporate responsibility in the same manner. We succeed as a firm when accounting and finance students succeed, when other businesses and our peers succeed, and when members of our community succeed.

Our involvement in giving back and sharing with our community occurs in many different ways.
Established in 2006 in celebration of the firm’s 50th anniversary, the Windham Brannon Foundation supports not-for-profit organizations that advance accounting and finance professions through secondary and post-secondary education programs.
That same year the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA) celebrated its golden anniversary and created its Educational Foundation to support students pursuing careers in accounting and finance. The decision was made to contribute Windham Brannon Foundation proceeds to the GSCPA Educational Foundation. Close to 100% of WB employees participated in the fund-raising campaign, which raised $100,000. This was matched by GSPCA to create a $200,000 endowment.
The annual scholarships are named to honor both former a Windham Brannon partner and a client, and recipients and their professors are honored with a congratulatory gathering in our offices.

Today, our Foundation offers five endowed scholarships to accounting students at these deserving schools:
  • Georgia College and State University
  • Kennesaw State University
  • LaGrange College
  • University of North Georgia
  • University of West Georgia
Windham Brannon’s also funds a financial planning scholarship at Georgia State University.
Through the Foundation, we also contribute to charities supported by employees and friends of the Windham Brannon companies.
