We plan regular team-building events and family-friendly functions along with volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Our WB Foundation was established in 2006 and contributes to charities supported by our team members. We also support annual scholarships through the WB Foundation for students pursuing accounting and finance educations. At WB, our Associate’s Council gives each member of the firm a voice. Monthly meetings with HR can result in a change in policy, new initiatives, or engaging activities.
