With sixteen years of public accounting experience, Anne specializes in not-for-profit audits. She is an integral part of the Firm’s assurance practice and is the Audit and Assurance Leader of the Not-for-Profit Services Practice at Windham Brannon.
One of her primary responsibilities is to keep financial statement audits and review projects running smoothly and according to the client’s timetable. She works closely with clients during the planning phase of an audit or review in order to identify potential issues as early as possible, thereby ensuring that the process is effective, efficient, and completed in a timely manner. She regularly communicates with her clients to help them answer any questions that may arise during the course of the accounting year.
Anne has presented to many nonprofit clients’ Board of Directors and Audit Committees to discuss the company’s audited financial statements as well as any important matters that arose during the audit. Anne has also presented to various non-profit groups about new and upcoming changes in the non-profit arena. She received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and a Masters of Accountancy from Kennesaw State University.
Anne is an active member of the American Institue of Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Women in Pensions Network, and the Georga Center for Nonprofits.
